Location and Hours

Centrally located on Dupont Road in St. Matthews, we are minutes from Interstates 264 and 64, with parking at the door. We offer early and late appointments and do our best to accommodate our patients’ busy schedules. We hope to see you soon.

Dr. Perelmuter or Dr. Goldberg will be on-call whenever the office is closed and may be reached after hours by calling (502) 897-1112. When both doctors are out of town (usually due to an orthodontic conference they are attending), we will have another orthodontist on call.

The phone is answered 6:30 am to midnight during the week; 8 am to 8 pm on Saturdays; noon to 8 pm on Sundays; and you may leave a voice mail at all other times. Our goal is to be available when you need us.
